What we collect
When you send a lot, use a form, or call or text us, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, email, the address of the lot and anything you say about it, including photos you text us.
How we use it
- To read your lot and write back
- To plan a visit and prepare drawings and an estimate you ask for
- To carry out work you have agreed to
- To keep the records a contract and the law require
Who sees it
Our own team, the designer and engineer we bring in for your plans, and the few services we use to run the business, such as email and scheduling. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to do the work you asked for and to meet legal and tax duties. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call or write to the address on this site.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be on this page.
