Our warranty, in plain words
We give a written warranty on our workmanship. Its length, what it covers and what it doesn't are in your contract, and you see them before you sign. Manufacturers cover their own products.
Local licensing differs. Ask the city that will inspect your cottage how it checks a contractor's license.
